Shipping and delivery
All Marie Jo US orders are delivered via DHL. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email includes a DHL tracking link, where you can find your tracking number and follow the status of your order. It may take up to 24 hours upon receiving your tracking link before data becomes available.
If you misplace your shipment confirmation email, please email contacten@mariejo.com for assistance.
Delivery costs
We ask for a 7,95 euro delivery cost. The delivery is free for orders over 150 euro

You can find the delivery time per country underneath. Please expect a longer shipping time frame during sales and holiday periods.

Delivery to your home or business address
You can choose either your home or business address as the delivery address. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. You will then have the following delivery options:
- Redelivery of your parcel to the originally specified address
- Delivery to another address
- Delivery to a DHL service point of your choice
Please note that for Estonia, Finland, Latvia & Lithuania, orders are delivered directly to a DHL service point.
