Do you have to tighten your straps so much they dig in to your shoulders? If so, your band size is probably too big. What does that mean? Your bra band should fit perfectly, especially considering it provides 80% of the support and lift. If the band doesn’t fit, the straps have to do all of the heavy lifting. Many women tighten their straps too much, which results in painful digging and pinching. Our solution: Try a bra with a smaller band size.
