I was told that foam bras are not recommended in the large cups. I take a 70E and I would really like to be able to wear a foam deep-plunge bra. Surely that cannot do any harm? 

Even when you take a larger cup, you cannot do yourself any harm wearing a foam bra. 

We can only guess where this belief comes from. Maybe from the mistaken idea that a foam cup increases the size of your bust. Thing is, unless the bra incorporates extra padding, this is simply not so.
