The back panel of my bra keeps riding up. Does it mean the chest size is too big – or is it actually too small?

If the back panel of your bra is riding up it means you need to find a smaller size that hugs your body more closely.

The cup size is inescapably linked to the correlation between chest size (sometimes called band size) and the size of your breasts, Simply put, when you reduce the chest size, you have to increase the cup size. If you’re currently wearing an 80C, try a 75D.

You should ask yourself four questions when assessing how well a given bra fits you. Find them here.
